How to attach
PVC laminated paper with PVC glue
What you'll need: PVC glue,
utility knife or scissors, a ruler
and a pencil
| 1. |

|
If the
panel frame has a ledge, cut PVC sheet a little shorter (1/32 to 2/32
inch) than the opening of the ledge, leaving a room for the paper to
expand. |
| 2. |

|
Apply glue
thinly on the frame and kumikos. |
| 3. |

|
Position
the sheet, and press down glued area tightly. Wipe off any excess glue
with wet cloth. |
| 4. |

|
Lay the
panel flat for at least 2 hours. |
Avoid
attaching or gluing extra thick 0.45mm sheet
due to the weight.
Use in sandwich style shoji or between glass. PVC paper is not for horizontal use such as ceiling.
Caution:
PVC glue affects stain or varnish.
